Fitness classes set at St. Andrew’s

St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, located at 801 Beaver St., Sewickley will be offering a Functional Fitness Class for individuals over age 50 each Monday at 10:30 a.m. in the church’s fellowship hall.
Join coaches Jen and Matt from Industrial Athletics for an exercise class that focuses on skills for everyday life including strength, mobility, balance and flexibility. A $5 donation per class is requested.
A new knit and crochet class will be offered on the second Tuesday of each month at 11 a.m. at Emsworth Church and on the fourth Thursday of each month at 4 p.m. at St. Andrew’s Church. All levels from beginner to advanced are welcome for instruction and fellowship. Free to the public. Text “churchknits” to 84576 for updates.
Bible study will be offered each Wednesday at Emsworth Church at 7 p.m. The topic of discussion will be The Parables.
Join Pastor Charissa Howe for lunch on the first Thurday of each month at Bruegger’s, Beaver Street, Sewickley. Bring your theological questions, Bible questions, stupid jokes or other topics along with your appetite.
