Sewickley Academy presents Bias and the Brain

Tuesday, October 22, 2019 | 10:37 AM

Join us as Hugh Vasquez, MSW, one of the country’s leading equity and diversity educators, brings together neuroscience and sociological research, along with his leadership development work with high school and college students, to help people understand the hidden prejudices that shape what we see, think and do. He’ll explore what to do with that knowledge.

Driven by a deep sense of fairness, equity and justice, Vasquez has emerged as one of the nation’s leaders in working to create environments where people from all cultures are honored, respected, and valued.
