The Sewickley Public Library is offering two after-hours programs this Friday evening for teens and kids. The library’s first-ever Friday Night Yoga for Kids is happening at the library at 6:30 PM. Open to youth in grades Kindergarten – 8th Grade, the library offers a 45-minute program of super fun stretching and strengthening to power young bodies. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat or towel, if possible. Registration is required for this program.

At the same time, the Teen Department is hosting Friday Night Magic – an hour of fun playing Magic the Gathering. Teens in Grades 6 and up are welcome to join. Players can bring their own master deck or use one of the card decks provided. All levels of players are encouraged to join in the fun – from newbies to experts. The library will also provide free pizza to attendees. There is no need to register for the Magic program.

Both the Friday Night Yoga and Friday Night Magic programs happen this Friday, May 17th at 6:30 PM. To register for the yoga program, visit or call the library at 412-741-6920. Enjoy a late night at the library with these after-hours programs!
