Find adventure and follow the music to The Tull Family Theater, 418 Walnut St., Sewickley this weekend!

In the adventure category:

Edie, the inspirational story of a widow who acts on a long-deferred dream to scale one of Scotland’s most well-known peaks, Mt. Suliven, overcoming a lifetime of resentments with each step of the way.

Official Secrets, starring Keira Knightley in one of her best roles. In a real-life story of intrigue and risk, she plays a British government worker who becomes a whistleblower, risking her safety and her family’s well-being.

And the music:

Fiddler: A Miracle of Miracles documents the back story of the production of Fiddler on the Roof, the first Broadway musical to top 3,000 performances–and to be performed all around the globe! “Before Fiddler on the Roof became a Broadway classic and cultural touchstone, it was just a pretty bad idea,” says the New York Times. “Who wants to see a musical about a Russian milkman marrying off his daughters before a pogrom? One of the many virtues of the celebratory documentary Fiddler: A Miracle of Miracles is how it transports you…”

And Linda Ronstadt: The Sound of My Voice, back because of tremendous patron response to this life story of the trailblazing female country, rock, folk, opretta and big band sounds!

All shows open Friday afternoon, Oct. 18, and run at least through Thursday, Oct. 24. Tickets and showtimes online at www.thetullfamilytheater.org.
