Leanne Ford, a Pittsburgh native and star of HGTV’s “Restored by the Fords” and “Rock the Block,” has put the Sewickley Heights home that she shares with her husband on the market for $1.3 million.

The property, located at 227 Merriman Road, sits on more than five acres of land and has been completely renovated and decorated by Ford.

“I have absolutely loved working on this house, a true labor of love,” Ford said via email. “I put everything in that I have ever wanted for my dream home! But, in true interior designer fashion, I have the bug, and I am ready to work on my next project.”

According to the listing, the custom and open kitchen boasts Borghini marble countertops, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and Viking stove. Artisanal concrete walls and PPG Pure White paint – both inside the four-bedroom, three-bathroom home and out – create a modern and airy aesthetic. The master suite includes a stone bathroom with a heated concrete floor, double shower head, steam room and marble waterfalled vanities, as well as a walk-in closet.

In addition to the cosmetic updates, the home’s electrical and plumbing, furnace, air conditioning, ductwork, water heater and air purification system are all new.

“Like all of my designs, this house isn’t for everyone, it’s for a unique buyer, and I can’t wait to see who that will be,” Ford said.

Allegheny County property records show that the house was purchased in July 2018 for $750,000.

The real estate listing on Berkshire Hathaway’s website estimates taxes at $19,470.
