Hello, Sewickley!

Did you know the Sewickley Valley YMCA collects items for local nonprofits every month?

In January, the Y is collecting gloves and scarves for adults and children in the Mooncrest After School program. The program is run by the Felician Sisters and provides a safe and secure place away from home.

Upcoming collections include food for Blessings in a Backpack in February, yarn for the knitters group at Sewickley Presbyterian in March, bottled water for local fire departments in April and non-perishable food items for local food banks in May,

Donations can be left at the Y’s membership desks. The Y is located at 625 Blackburn Road.
