Sewickley Public Library, 500 Thorn St., offers a variety of programs for people of all ages. Registration, unless otherwise noted, is available by calling 412-741-6920.

Children’s programs

• Author Candace Fleming will visit the library during a program from 7 to 8 p.m. Feb. 10. She will discuss her books “Ben Franklin’s In My Bathroom” and “Eleanor Roosevelt’s In My Garage.”

• Lego Club will meet from 6 to 6:30 p.m. Feb. 11. For kindergarten to fifth grade. No registration required.

• Baby and toddler sensory time will take place from 6 to 7 p.m. Feb. 12. For babies and toddlers with a caregiver. No registration required.

• Parachute Play, for ages 2-5 with an adult, will be held from 11 to 11:30 a.m. Feb. 14.

• A Block Party for newborns through age 6 will be held from 10:30 a.m. to noon Feb. 15.

• Read to a certified therapy dog Feb. 16. Sign up for a 15-minute time slot between 2 and 3 p.m. For kindergarten through fifth grade.

Teen programs (Grades 6-12)

• Members of the Revolting Radio podcast will meet from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Feb. 11. Actors, writers and more are needed. No registration required.

• The Cook It program will be held from 4 to 5 p.m. Feb. 13. No registration required.

• Gaming Wednesday will take place from 3 to 5 p.m. every Wednesday. No registration required.

• Anime Club will be held from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Feb. 4. Newcomers are welcome. No registration required.

Adult programs

• Create birthday cards during a “Stamp with Nicole” program from 10 a.m. to noon Feb. Feb. 11. There is a $15 materials fee.

• Learn the basic s of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Forms during a program from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 12.

• Fair District PA speaker Doug Webster will discuss reforming Pennsylvania’s redistricting process from 7 to 9 p.m. Feb. 13.

• A Reiki session will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. every Friday.

• Jeanne Zell leads the Write Now program from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. every Friday.

• Sahaja Meditation takes place from 11 a.m. to noon every Saturday. Newcomers are welcome.

• The French Conversation Group, led by native speaker Anne-Marie Salih, will meet from 1 to 2 p.m. Feb. 12. The group is for those with a basic knowledge of the language.

Book group

The Mystery Book Group will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. Feb. 11. Stop by the reference desk for a copy of this month’s selection.

Story times

• The library hosts a family storytime from 10 to 10:45 a.m. every Monday at the Ohio Township Nature Center. No registration required.

• Stories for 2’s and 3’s will be held from 9:30 to 10 a.m. and again from 10:30 to 11 a.m. every Wednesday. For ages 2-3, with an adult.

• Preschool story time for ages 3½-5 without a caregiver will be held from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. and again from 1:30 to 2:15 p.m. every Thursday.

• Babies and Books, for children up to 24 months with a caregiver, will take place from 9:30 to 10 a.m., 10:30 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 1:30 p.m. every Tuesday.
